YL Staff Attendees: A transfer of $600 will be pulled from your mission unit on October 31, 2025, followed by the remaining $500 on February 13, 2026.

You will see the Mosaic Conference listed as a training line item

option under 5410 in your FY26 budget.

Good to know

The Mosaic Conference is now considered a timeline training!

It meets the requirements of Learning & Leadership and is an appropriate use

of your timeline training funds. Talk with your regional director to map out your trainings/conferences for FY26.

Here is the full list of the 2025-2026 L&L Learning Catalog for trainings and locations.

NOTE:

1. The Mosaic Conference is not a substitute for foundational required learning

(New Staff Training, Leadership 1, Leadership 2).

2. The Mosaic Conference is not a substitute for required Winter Training

(New Testament, Systematic Theology, Minister as Person).

3. The Mosaic Conference will not serve as a substitute for the required Academic Training Timeline courses required to maintain Young Life Commissioning Status (Old Testament & Christology).

Plan accordingly with your renewal timeline and required learning.
