The Mosaic Conference is a U.S. training event for focus ministry staff, including YoungLives, Multiethnic, YL One, Deaf Young Life, and Capernaum. All full-time Focus Ministry staff are expected to attend, but part-time staff, volunteers, and committee members are welcome.
