The Mosaic Conference is a U.S. training event for focus ministry staff, including YoungLives, Multiethnic, Young Life ONE, Deaf Young Life, and Capernaum. All full-time Focus Ministry staff are expected to attend, but part-time staff, volunteers, and committee members are welcome.

This is intentionally designed to equip, inspire, and challenge us as we grow in leadership, faith, and community. This year’s sessions bring together voices and practices that matter deeply for our ministries and neighborhoods. Come ready to learn, connect, and be renewed as we lean into hard questions, discover new practices, and imagine God’s kingdom together.
