We're talking next-level inspiration, mind-blowing ideas, and networking so good it feels like summer camp for brilliant grown-ups. Think TED Talks met a block party and decided to invite the future.
So is it the best event of 2026? Let’s just say your calendar is already excited. 😎
Why isn’t travel included in the cost?
❮
Transportation to and from the conference is not included to help keep the socialized costs down. Reminder – you are responsible for booking your travel to the Mosaic Conference. Feel free to travel by plane, train or automobile, whatever works for your area budget and schedule.
When booking travel, plan to arrive in Orlando by 4 PM EST on Monday, February 9th. Returning flights should be scheduled on Thursday, February 12th, after 1:30 PM.
Airport shuttles will be available 11 am - 4 pm on Feb 9 and 12. If you arrive outside these times, ground transportation will be on your own, at your expense.
Can I come early/stay late:
❮
You can use the conference rate for up to three days before or after the conference at $168 per night (including all taxes). You may choose to use your personal credit card or your Staff PCard (if staying for YL business).
If you decide to stay a few extra days, you must indicate this at the time of registration. All reservations are made by the planning team.
,
If your plans have changed and you now want to add rooms, we will accommodate, as best we can, until December 31, 2025.
For any room extension, please email ylmosaic@gmail.com.
For payment of the extra days, upon arrival at the hotel, you'll need to provide a credit card for incidentals. This card will also be used to cover your additional nights outside the official conference dates.
Can I have my own room?
❮
Single rooms are available at your own expense while supplies last, and must be indicated at the time of registration.
If you request a single room after registering for a shared room, you will be charged an additional $300 fee. We will do our best to find a new roommate for the room you vacate. BUT if we are unable to place a roommate, you will be responsible for covering the cost (an additional $300) for that second single room. Single rooms are available at your own expense while supplies last, and must be indicated at the time of registration.
